Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 6 adults and 1 child and with only being one block from beach you can't go wrong!! Must sign rental agreement upon booking. The space Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath: *Master bedroom w/ Queen Bed and en suite on upper level *Two Queen guest bedrooms, one with a twin mattress pad available for a child and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level *Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6 and bar seating for 4. Outdoor patio off living room and seating out front and outdoor shower! Guest access You get the whole house! Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking for up to 2 cars in garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage. Other things to note We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests. Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
