This renovated house is located on the hill of Adamas, near the church of Saint Haralambos and the old elementary school. It is a century-old traditional home located close to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, stores, and bus and taxi stops, while keeping itself hidden away in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the bay. Just a few steps away from Lagada Beach (200m ~ 3min walk) and only a bit of a walk to Papikinos Beach (1,5km ~ 20min walk). The space The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a TV. The living room includes a big sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, a small stove, a coffee maker and anything that might be required to prepare meals. The main dining area has been designed on the outside where you can enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner with a beautiful view. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 clothes hanging rack, 1 luggage rack and 1 boudoir with a mirror. There is also a 3rd bedroom with a beautiful view, a smaller bed (still double), 1 bedside table, 1 clothes hanging rack, 1 luggage rack and a mirror. Then there are 2 bathrooms, that both have a shower, a sink and a toilet. Guest access The house is built higher than street level so you have to climb up 10 steps. Other things to note This is a duplex with two separate units. Guests will share a common staircase and a small walkway leading to the second unit.
