Ours is a private residence with a fenced park of almost 5,000 m2 and a pool for exclusive use (8.9 x 3.6 x 1.3 meters) with salt water, therefore more delicate and without the smell of chlorine. We offer an ideal setting for those who love privacy: our guests do not have to share spaces with us owners or other guests. We can accommodate up to 6 people. Before booking, write to us! An exchange of information is welcome. The space The property, completely fenced, is easily accessed from the adjacent paved road. The cars can be parked inside the garden, away from trees or in the square of the annex. For bikes, there is an outdoor covered shelter and a rack. The house, featuring a porch and a terrace, is divided into a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor. In the living area, you will find the kitchen with a table and a fireplace, the living room with a sofa, TV, and an art library, and a small sitting area with a children's library. Next, the half bathroom and laundry room with full amenities. The sleeping area is accessed via a short, convenient staircase. To the southeast we have a room with a 140x200 loft double bed, served by an adjoining private bathroom with a walk-in shower. To the northwest there is the master room with a 160x200 double bed and an 80x200 pull-out sofa bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. We also arrange an oval wooden crib upon request. All the main windows have mosquito nets, while the French doors are equipped with curtains. The outdoor pool measures 8.9 x 3.6 meters and has a depth of 1.3 meters. It is not supervised, but it is equipped with a safety bar cover that can support the weight of a child or pets. Guest access The property is our private home but when we have guests we settle elsewhere: the house and garden are therefore at your exclusive disposal, except for maintenance or control. Some areas are closed and/or marked off-limits for private or security reasons (they are specified in the House Manual and will be shown to you upon arrival). Other things to note Ours is a tourist rental authorized by the Veneto Region on 5/13/2024 with CIR 026075-LOC-00004 and by the Ministry of Tourism with CIN IT026075C2GPXHDYJO In an external cage we keep a ram rabbit, a breed with a very docile temperament and favored by children.
