This rental consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a sofa bed. with sleeping space for a total of 6 guests. It offers free high-speed Wi-Fi. You will be wowed from the moment you walk in this gorgeous home. Bright and quiet atmosphere surrounding yourself. This is quiet living with luxurious finishes such as dining table and beds. It's everything you will ever need like central heating and air conditioning. Enjoy our private tennis court and playground. Making it an exciting, easy, and luxurious home for you. All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided. The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean unit and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. NO EVENTS. ** • One set of towels for each guest; • Self check-in with code lock • No shoes inside the accommodation; • Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am; • Please pay attention to garbage recycling(The trash can is on the backyard of the house) • Pets are not allowed; • If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit; • There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property.
