Ibiza's most beautiful beaches are just a few kilometres away (Cala Vedella 2 km, Cala Moli 3.5 km, Cala Tarida 4.5 km, Cala Carbo 9 km, Cala Conte 10 km, Cala Bassa 11 km, Cala d'Hort 11 km). The nearest supermarket is just 1 km, the nearest town of Sant Josep in 8.5 km, the airport in 18 km and Ibiza town in 22 km. Numerous restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Casa Palm Tree was completely modernized and renovated in 2021/2022. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room with an open fireplace, as well as three outdoor terraces on three levels with a total of 150 m², a private pool (4.4 x 2.7 m) with massage jets and shower in the garden and a shower on the roof terrace. In all rooms there is air conditioning, which can also be used for heating. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and 2 safes are also provided. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (1.80 x 2 m), wardrobe and Smart TV as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, towel radiator, mirror cabinet and hairdryer. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms overlooking the pool, connected by an intermediate door and having their own access to the outdoor terrace and the pool in the garden. The fully equipped (for 8 people) white high-gloss kitchen with central cooking island and counter with 2 bar stools, which opens through the 3 panoramic sliding doors to the pool deck and lounge terrace, is also located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a side-by-side, door-in-door refrigerator with integrated freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso/filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and a pantry. In the adjoining dining room with open wood fireplace, the pull-out dining table can accommodate up to 8 people.Upstairs you wake up in the master bedroom with an impressive sea view through the panoramic window and have direct access to a 12m² terrace equipped with a rattan seating area. On this floor there is also the living room, which also offers a beautiful view of the sea. Here is a feel-good sofa landscape (3.15 x 2 m), in which a full-fledged bed (1.60 x 2,2 m) is integrated and thus offers space for two more people. It also has a TV chair, smart TV, work table and open wood fireplace. The roof terrace (90 m²), which can be reached via the living room, is designed in a white look and offers a 180 degree panoramic sea view. From here you can enjoy the indescribably beautiful sunset all year round. It is equipped with a lounge that can also be used as sun loungers. In the flowered garden with palm trees, from which the house takes its name, there is a terrace (about 30 m²), which is located directly at the heated pool (4.6 x 2.7 m; heating for a surcharge of 15 € per day) and is equipped with a rattan seating area for 8 people, extendable dining table and a Weber gas grill. Above it is another wooden terrace with sea views (30 m²) for sunbathing with 6 sun loungers and a small Aperol rattan lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view In the garden there is sun all day, if necessary a large juniper tree and a parasol provide shade. The plot is fully fenced with a typical Ibizan quarry stone wall and equipped with an alarm system, thus offering a high degree of privacy and security. Casa Palm Tree has high-speed Wi-Fi, a SONOS sound system with a portable speaker box and Philipps Hue ambient lighting that illuminates the house and garden in a magnificent way. You can control all this conveniently via your smartphone. Minimum rental period 4 days Bed linen and hand and shower towels as well as bath towels are available free of charge. All ancillary house costs are included in the rental price. The final cleaning costs 520 €. The deposit is 1000 €. Optional pool heating 15 € per day.
