The apartment has air conditioning and a fast wi-fi connection. The space The apartment of about 110 square meters consists of three bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: - a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and large closets - a second bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. - a third bedroom with a single bed and a work desk. In the living area, two comfortable sofas ensure moments of relaxation, in front of a large smart television. The kitchen is functional and complete with everything you need, including dishes and cooking utensils. You will find an induction cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Of the two bathrooms, one is complete with a shower, the second with a whirlpool tub for moments of relaxation. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
