Guest access The entire ground floor, 85 square meters, is private for guests. With a luxurious double bedroom, with interior terrace and bathroom. And a second multi-purpose space, with two twin beds and a second social bathroom. Access to the cabin is private, but it is shared with hosts and other guests (very few). Ask us how to get there and what transport to use, especially if you have heavy luggage (on foot or by motorcycle it is very easy to get there and it takes a short time from the center of Minca). The motorbikes arrive at the outside door of the house. All-terrain cars come to 30 meters before and the rest to 100. The interior trails of the estate are rustic, not prepared for children. They must walk very carefully. The last thirty meters to get to the house are a flat dirt road, where cars cannot travel. > Parking: Private parking on the property. Free for guests. No prior reservation (subject to availability). Other things to note Remember that smoking is prohibited inside the entire apartment and on the terrace. We insist on the importance of silence to respect the tranquility of the place. Minca does not have drinking water, nor does the apartment. However, if you wish, we will gladly provide you with some free of charge of the filtered water that we ourselves consume. We don't have laundry service, but we'll let you know where there is a very close laundry. We put a lot of care into offering guests the most pleasant stay possible. Natural Bath: From the apartment, the Gaira River is less than a 10-minute walk away, and less than ten minutes later, there is a small quiet beach, with a natural revitalizing "shower". The spectacular Tayrona Natural Park is about 24 km away from the apartment. It can be visited in a single day, with a round trip excursion taking two local buses (total cost approx. 20,000/25,000 pesos per person the trip). You can leave about 7:00 am and return about 7:00 pm The total duration by bus, round trip, is approximately four hours. The first beach is a short hour away on foot, and the last one is two hours away.
