What's more, at the top of the building there's a large open-air rooftop terrace, ideal for bird watching, practising yoga and enjoying the sky and nature. > The apartment is ideal to accommodate 1 to 4 adults: two in a double bed and two in single beds. In addition, it is possible to accommodate one or two children in hammocks or folding canvas beds; please consult us for more details on this option. > Parking: There is free private parking inside the property. It is not possible to book plaza; its use is subject to availability at check-in. > Apartment with a privileged location, about 700 meters from Minca. You may reach anywhere walking in 10 minutes - total immersion in nature, but away from the hustle and bustle of the village. > Just 24 km away is the magic of Tayrona Natural Park, a paradise where the jungle and the sea merge into unforgettable landscapes that you can discover on a day trip from the apartment. And if adventure is your thing, the legendary route to the Lost City - a four-day journey between mountains and rivers - starts just 40 minutes away. Guest access The entire ground floor, 85 square metres, is private for guests. With a luxury double bedroom, an indoor terrace and bathroom. And a second multi-purpose space, with two twin beds and a second social bathroom. Access to the cabin is private, but it is shared with hosts and other guests (very few). Ask us how to get there and what transport to use, especially if you have heavy luggage (on foot or by motorcycle it is very easy to get there and it takes a short time from the center of Minca). The motorbikes arrive at the outside door of the house. All-terrain cars come to 30 meters before and the rest to 100. The interior trails of the estate are rustic, not prepared for children. They must walk very carefully. The last thirty metres to the house are a flat dirt road, where cars cannot travel. > Parking: Private parking on the property. Free for guests. No prior reservation (subject to availability). Other things to note High-speed Starlink internet and solar power with a backup battery for more stable connectivity and power supply. Please remember that smoking is prohibited inside the entire apartment and on the terrace. We insist on the importance of silence to respect the tranquility of the place. Minca does not have drinking water, nor does the apartment. However, if you wish, we will be happy to provide you with a few liters of the filtered water that we ourselves drink, free of charge. We don't have laundry service, but we can tell you where there's a laundromat very close by. We put a lot of care into making guests' stays as pleasant as possible. Natural Swimming: From the apartment, the Gaira River is less than a 10-minute walk away, and less than 10 minutes further on, there is a small, quiet beach with a revitalizing natural "shower." The spectacular Tayrona National Park is about 24 km away from the apartment. You can visit it in a single day on a round-trip excursion by taking two local buses (total cost approx. 20,000/25,000 pesos per person each way). You can leave around 7:00 a.m. and return around 7:00 p.m. The total bus journey time, round trip, is approximately four hours. The first beach is a short hour's walk away, and the last one is two hours away.
