Our stylish and comfortable apartment is the perfect home away from home during your visit. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs. We are above Berry And Rye Speakeasy, come and join us for cocktails, or have some delivered to the apartment by our friendly staff Have a look at the cocktail menu in our additional photos, we can arrange for them to be brought to the apartment. Located in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away, you'll have the best of the city right at your fingertips. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area for relaxation, and a comfortable bedroom with a plush king-sized bed. Take in the city views from the terrace. The first floor is spacious and open plan it has exposed brick and original features. The living room has comfortable sofas, freeview TV and netflix access. The fully fitted kitchen boasts a large sociable breakfast bar that is perfect for entertaining or for getting some work done. A utility area houses the washing machine and leads onto the terrace. The outside terrace gets a lot of sunshine in summer and is equipped with a dining table for that morning coffee al fresco! Two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom (with bath) are located on the second floor - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase (very large items of luggage may have to be left downstairs). Luxury bedding and soft fluffy towels are provided. Guest access Guests can access the whole 2 floor apartment including the private terrace area! Other things to note The bar below the apartment has operated as Berry and Rye, Liverpool's best hidden speakeasy cocktail bar, for 15 years! It has great live blues and jazz on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. It is a quiet bar but being in the city centre you may get associated noise from the bar and the street. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow and may not be suitable for all guests, large luggage may have to be left downstairs.
