Within the property's range, there will be a separate house away from the main one, where Emizael, the villa's butler, will be in charge of the property and answering any of your questions. Outside the property, there will be a tiny accommodation with which you will share parking and dock. When you book, you must read the rules and keep in mind that you will share parking with our neighboring accommodation. Otherwise, the other areas are private for you. Jet ski and boat are NOT included, they are totally separate recreational activities. All parties or events must be previously authorized by the owners. If an event is held in secret, our staff is ordered to cancel it completely. Our property is in a quiet community, which we respectfully share with our neighbors, including the exclusive Luxe area.
