We offer our villa in Martinique, East Cape, for a magnificent beachfront holiday! The large garden of 2,000 m² dominates the sea and will allow you to admire all the shades of blue of the lagoon as well as the ballet of kitesurfs… The huge living room of 80 m², wide open to the garden and ocean, extends into a covered terrace giving access to the pool (secured by alarm). The space The Villa is located very close to the Relais & Châteaux Cap Est Lagoon Resort. The villa offers 3 adult bedrooms, each with en-suite bath. All the bedrooms have AC. The beds are single and can be used either in double beds or in separate beds. The state-of-the-art American kitchen (brand new appliances: Whirlpool, Samsung, etc.) will allow you to cook contemplating the view ! Baby cot available, TV box, Wifi, Hi-Fi/Home Cinema, house alarm with night surveillance, board games and even a Kawai upright piano so that the most music lovers can make their ranges.
