Centrally located off of Route 28 between Belleayre Ski Area and Plattekill Mountain, the Firehouse is perfectly accessible without feeling too isolated. Within in a few minutes drive, you can reach local villages including Margaretville, Roxbury, Andes, Fleischmanns, and Pine Hill. Walk to attractions including the tourist train and Union Grove Distillery The space The residence at the historic firehouse is located on the second floor (the first floor is off limits to guests and is used primarily for storage and the owners’ office.) The residence has a spacious open floor plan with soaring 12 foot ceilings, and features a large bathroom with claw foot tub and separate shower, as well as a king-sized bedroom. Cozy up and enjoy a movie in the living room, sit down for a nice dinner in the dining room, or hang out for drinks and games around the bar table in the kitchen. One private king bedroom, with optional air mattress for additional guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire residence (second floor of the building.) No outdoor space.
