Welcome to the Oasis Room! The room is located in a large house in Bascharage, in the heart of the city center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the necessary amenities: pharmacy, pastry shop, supermarket, gas station, etc. Bus connections are very easy and offer connections to Luxembourg City as well as to Esch-Alzette, whether by bus or train. Bascharage train station is only 2 km from the house, making it easy to get around. The space Welcome to our charming space on the second floor. The Oasis room consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed and a 43-inch Smart TV. You will also have a private bathroom and toilet. Enjoy shared spaces: kitchen, living room and dining room. Free parking is available on the street or in an outdoor parking lot located a few steps from the house. Ideally located, our house ensures comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay. Guest access Guests have access to a fully equipped room for their comfort, including a bed prepared with a sheet, two pillows and a duvet per bed. A towel is also provided per person. They can also enjoy common areas, such as the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, and a comfortable dining room to enjoy them. The living room is perfect for relaxing and sharing friendly moments, while a pleasant terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note House' rules: No smoking: Smoking inside the place is strictly forbidden. In case of non-compliance: €250 extra. Respect for the neighborhood: Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially after 10:00 p.m. Cleanliness: Please leave the space clean and tidy upon checkout. Use the garbage cans provided for garbage. Use of amenities: Please use the amenities of the house with care. If damages occur, please let us know right away. In case of unreported damage: cost of repair or replacement. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation unless previously agreed. Maximum occupancy: The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. In case of non-compliance: €50 per extra person per night. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is not before 3:00 p.m. Checkout must be before 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed for late checkout. Checkout: Before leaving, please close the windows, lock the bedroom door and return the keys to the box provided for this purpose. In case of loss or broken key, €150 will be charged extra.
