Located in Esles, awarded the title of "Most Beautiful Village in Cantabria" in 2018, it is situated in the heart of the province, just 15 minutes from Cabárceno Park. Its natural surroundings, historical mansions, and neighborhoods create a captivating setting. The location is perfect for exploring Cantabria. The space The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the first floor, there is a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven...) and direct access to an outdoor dining area, a living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of these is our spacious suite with a terrace and fireplace. Outdoor Area Surrounded by a private plot of 1,000 square meters, it features a pool with large green areas for relaxation, several porches, outdoor leisure areas, and a parking area. The entire garden is fenced for added privacy. Guest access Private estate with a private pool. Parking area on the property with capacity for 3/4 cars. Workspaces available in all rooms. The village has restaurants and a store for basic groceries: The restaurant "Casa José" serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while the bar "El Cruce" is a traditional bar/store that also offers snack options. Both places are known for their high-quality cuisine and products. The Alpaca Farm in Esles, which is open for visits, is located 500 meters from the house. There is a playground for children and a sports court. The village has 2 bowling alleys. There is an option to arrange in-home massages (subject to availability), which are relaxing, full-body treatments using natural oils, costing €40 for a 90-minute service. Horse riding tours through the valleys of Esles can also be booked (subject to availability). The village features several churches with weekly services. There are multiple hiking trails that can be accessed directly from the house, leading through waterfalls, native forests, and lakes. A wide variety of unique trees are cataloged and protected here, including the largest lime tree in the world, which fills the village with its fragrance when it blooms. Other things to note The village is surrounded by its own valley, which is very fertile and where livestock farming is part of its habitat, boasting a rich variety of wildlife and flora. It features nationally recognized private gardens, such as the Cotubin garden, which has won the award for "Best Garden in Spain." The village has about 200 inhabitants and is quite picturesque.
