Downtown Victoria and the waterfront are 5 minutes by car, and 15 minutes by public transportation, which is a 2 minute walk from your door. The neighbourhood features multiple shopping, dining and entertainment options and outdoor activities are at your doorstep. The Cedar Hill Recreation center is walking distance and provides a full gym and workout facilities. The space The suite is very bright with lots of large windows and overlooks the golf course. There is a wrap around deck with table and chairs, and a garden space to explore as well. The bright kitchen features stainless steel appliances, (fridge, stove, dishwasher), granite counter tops, custom cabinets and comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. You will also find a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small appliances in the kitchen. The comfortable living room provides a reclining sofa and leather accent chair, centered on a unique coffee table that converts into a dining table. There is also a 4K Smart TV with built in Netflix, Prime, and other streaming services, as well as high speed internet and plenty of storage in multiple cabinets and closets. Both bedrooms feature a lovely queen size memory foam mattress that is adorned with luxury linens. There is also a large dresser and closet. One bedroom also has a 2 piece ensuite. The main 3 piece bathroom has a walk in stone surround shower, large vanity, and plenty of fluffy towels. Finally, there is a separate laundry room with a small amount of storage and a stacking washer and dryer. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway and additional free parking on the street. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the suite during their stay. The suite is accessed from the parking area (which is common to the house) via 6 stairs going down to the lower balcony level. Full entry details will be provided prior to booking. Other things to note The suite is located in a very central area of Victoria. The house is on a busy road with lots of public transportation. The suite itself is on the quiet side of the house facing the golf course. Guests should be aware that some road noise can be heard when outside of the suite.
