Modern Waterfront Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a true happy place from the moment you walk in. Floor to ceiling windows on both floors, making it feel like you are outside while sitting inside, perfect for the winer season! The space This house is on the bay side of dune road. You have gorgeous waterfront views from every living and bedroom in the house! For the outdoor space: You have a private patio with a fire pit on the left side of the house, visible from when you walk up the entrance staircase. The second patio is on the front of the house facing the bay. This patio includes a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a couch. For the indoor space: On the first floor you’ll find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. There’s a 1/2 flight of stairs that takes you to the master bedroom with its own bathroom and an en suite soaking bathtub. The second floor has a large living / TV room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a bar, and laundry. One bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a brand new Murphy bed that folds out into a full queen. The bar on the second floor includes a fridge, sink, and second dishwasher. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with most of the dish-ware from hardware restoration.
