Upon arrival, you must present your physical ID at the front desk. Then take the elevator to the second floor. You'll find the key to enter in a lockbox next to the apartment door. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. The doorman is available 24 hours a day. Other things to note Available common areas: ☀️Pool: Hours are Monday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (for maintenance, Mondays can be used from 3:00 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am) Maximum use of 1 hour per day. It's not warm water. 🏋 Gym: Hours are Monday to Sunday from 5 am to 10 pm. Maximum use of 1 hour per day. Cowork 💻 Room - Free 24 Hours *For the pool and gym, check availability via the Airbnb chat at least 3 hours in advance to make the reservation (subject to availability). At the time of booking, you must first go to reception to check in. * Pets are prohibited from entering the common areas. *Hours for making reservations are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. *Common areas are not for exclusive use, they are shared with other guests in the building. *Access to common areas is only during the stay, due to building management policies, entry to common areas is not allowed before check-in or after check-out. 👫 Tours: - Considering the size of the apartment, maximum capacity is 5 people. - It should be coordinated at least 2 hours in advance by the Airbnb chat. - Visiting hours are from 9am to 10pm. 🛏️ In case of using the sofa bed, please let us know through the airbnb chat 1 day in advance to be able to facilitate your bedding for your reservation.
