It can be found on Maps and Waze as "ZOE URBAN APARTMENTS". Upon arrival, you must present your physical ID at the front desk. Then go up to the 12th floor by elevator. You'll find the key to enter in a lockbox next to the apartment door. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. The doorman is available 24 hours a day. Other things to note Available common areas: 🏋 Gym: Hours are Monday to Sunday from 5 am to 10 pm. Maximum use of 1 hour per day. Cowork 💻 Room - Free 24 Hours *For the pool and gym, availability should be consulted in the Airbnb chat, at least 3 hours in advance, to generate the reservation (under schedule availability). At the time of booking, you must first go to reception to check in. * Pets are prohibited from entering the common areas. *The opening hours for booking are from 9 am to 6 pm. *The common areas are not for exclusive use, they are shared with other guests of the building. 👫 Tours: - Considering the size of the apartment, maximum capacity is 4 people. - It should be coordinated at least 2 hours in advance by the Airbnb chat. - Visiting hours are from 6am to 10pm. 🛏️ In case of using the sofa bed, please let us know through the airbnb chat 1 day in advance to be able to facilitate your bedding for your reservation.
