Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating. Guest access • Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck. • The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay. • Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway. Other things to note • No parties or events. • Pets allowed with $250 fee per pet. • Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee. • Stairs required – Bedrooms are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors. • This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks. • For security purposes only there is an exterior camera monitoring the driveway and front door entrance. • There is an excessive noise monitor present on the property.
