Guest access Our guests can enjoy the entire interior space of the unit. There are no rooms that they cannot access. They are only asked and expected to respect the privacy of the other units in the building, as they are not related to each other. The building has a common hallway and stairs, guests passing through there must remain silent, considering that there are other people as guests. Other things to note If you have any concerns or questions about the property rules, please do not hesitate to let us know. Guests, visits, parties or meetings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Pets are not accepted without prior notice and paying an established fee. Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction near the property, restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if this is the case. In the price of this apartment we include 15 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of the Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment for a long time. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $12.00 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico, electricity is very expensive, so air conditioning is a luxury that most people cannot afford. Follow these instructions and you will almost certainly not have to pay any extra charges. The Internet service contracted is from the best companies in Mexico, however, there is no company that guarantees 100% service. The Internet service is free of charge for our guests.
