The space HOUSE RULES & BOOKING TERMS * Rates & Usage Standard nightly rates apply to normal stays within the stated sleeping capacity only. Production shoots, events, gatherings, or additional guests above sleeping capacity are charged at higher rates depending on total headcount and usage. Please enquire before booking. * Additional Guest Fee £100 per person for any staying or visiting guest above the stated sleeping capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Security Deposit A £300 refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
