Breathtaking Private Beach House with Kayaks & BBQ

Relax with the whole family at this private beach home away from home. The house was lovingly built a hundred years ago but has all the modern comforts of today . Enjoy the stunning Puget Sound view and access right from the front yard. The house is located on Hammersley Inlet, just 20 and 90 minutes from Olympia and Seattle respectively. The area is peaceful and secluded as it sits on 1.2 acres of land but shops, restaurants, and a golf course are only between five-twelve minutes drive away. The space We have a total four bedrooms, bedroom one has a queen size bed and en suite on the ground floor. On the second floor, bedroom two has a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom three has two full size beds, and bedroom four (office) has a comfy sofa bed. Main bathroom has a rain showerhead for you to enjoy. The front porch can be used at user risk. There is no railing to preserve the view of the water. There is beach access from front patio or through the park. For front patio, use at own risk. The path is steep, and there is no railing. The park access is easier and recommended. There are four kayaks with oars and life jackets AVAILABLE AT USER RISK. All vessels in Washington State, including canoes and kayaks, must have one life jacket for each person on board. Kayaks are subject to boating laws and regulations. You are urged to paddle responsibly to prevent accidents, minimize impacts, and avoid conflicts with other boaters. Currents can be tricky, knowledge of tides and currents is essential. Either beach access can be used to launch, we recommend the park access for ease and safety. We have a caretaker on site (most times) who can assist you with anything you need, just please let us know. Guest access The property line extends from the West fence line next to park to the ivy on the East side. From the hedge row on the South side to the beach bulkhead on the North. All yard areas are part of the house. There is also a garden loop path behind the grape vine trelace on the South Side. Please use caution in and around garden areas as there are delicate plants that can easily be damaged. Also, use care around elevated sprinkler heads. Off-limits areas; - The steep bank down to the beach other than the designated path. - The four car garage on South side of the property to include the area behind it and towards the park from it. - The carport is not available for parking, but only for access to Kayaks and other available items included in rental information. All other items and doors in carport are off-limits. - Laundry room will only be accessible for stays longer than four days.
