Berkeley Springs Jungle Lodge w/ private stream

Welcome to the Berkeley Springs Jungle Lodge! Getaway from it all and stay at this stress free jungle themed lodge. Enjoy morning coffee on the back deck or sit under the stars while having a fire while overlooking your own private stream! Get the feeling of staying in the "jungle" while also being close to tons of activities, festivals, parks and other local attractions! The lodge is right off highway 522 and an 8 minute drive from Cacapon park, it is 12 minutes from downtown Berkeley Springs! The space Jungle themed lodge. A-frame home with one bedroom. a separate dining room and living room. Full kitchen with cooking utensils, oil, wine glasses and opener as well as air fryer & toaster provided. Large yard with outdoor furniture and fire pit/grill and chairs. Front deck with comfy furniture and a back deck and a private stream! There is a lighter for the fire, charcoal and firewood available at the Lodge for your convenience. Dog towel, dog bowls and poop bags and no pet fees! You can dispose of the doggie poop bags on the little trash can on the back porch. Please no pets on the furniture or beds to help reduce hair for guests with allergies. Also note, while the lodge is located on an acre and has a private stream, it is near 522 so sometimes the highway can be loud. Bed side ear plugs are provided in case you are a light sleeper/if it bothers you. Guest access The entire home and yard is available for guests. The second floor loft is not available at the moment, the stairs are blocked off. In addition, the garage isn't for guest use. Other things to note Sheets and body towels, hand towels & wash clothes are provided. There is body wash, shampoo & conditioner in bathroom. Spare blankets, pillows, hangers in the closets. There is an air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, toaster oven, working oven and stove as well as full kitchen with cooking utensils, cooking oils and spices. Wine glasses and corkscrew, bottle opener, coffee, coffee mugs, coffee maker, sugar, powdered creamer and coffee filters. The grill in the yard is a combo grill/ fire pit. There is oven mitts and grilling utensils and mitt as well as charcoal and fire wood available. Please extinguish all fires once done and do not leave them unattended. No pets on furniture please this includes bed and couch. There are towels for dogs please use them to prevent animal hair on the couch and bed , please don't use bath towels on dogs, use striped beach towels they are for PETS. Also dog bowls provided in case you need them. There is a trash can on the back porch for dog poop bags. Home is on septic and welll, do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste. Also note: There is a water filtration system located in the bedroom. Sometimes it does a backwash and can be loud. Limited options as to where we can put the system while also providing safe, clean water to drink! It is a tiny house so space is limited. We did the best we can with space and try to provide as many amenities as possible while also trying to offer reasonable pricing. Thank you for your booking and hope you enjoy your stay!
