This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been thoughtfully designed to combine elegance with warmth and comfort. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a stacked washer and dryer, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Bathrooms are fully stocked with all essential amenities for your convenience. The open living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring ceiling fans, cable TV, a stereo system, wireless internet, a local phone line, and a dining table for four. The kitchen counter offers three bar stools—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a casual meal. Step out onto the balcony from both the living room and the main bedroom to enjoy lovely views through the trees toward the ocean, with a small ocean glimpse and beautiful west-facing sunsets. The Main Bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the balcony. The Guest Bedroom also offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, and a private en-suite bathroom—ideal for couples or friends traveling together. For your comfort, the condo is equipped with all-new mini-split air conditioners (installed Fall 2024) in both bedrooms and the living/dining area. Please remember to keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is in use. The Loma del Mar community features a large, beautifully maintained swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing with a margarita while taking in the stunning mountain views. Weekly maid service is included to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. Please note that the condo is centrally located near a busy corner, and some traffic noise may be present. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge. Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6) You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT. Cleaning Services Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
