The apartment has all of the basic amenities. Fast and reliable WiFi and TV with lots of streaming channels. We have 8 Airbnb units in this building plus laundry/gym (for stays of one week or more). It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Pets are accepted upon pre-approval and agreement of our pet policies. The space This is an UPSTAIRS unit located in an 8-unit Airbnb building that includes a small laundry and gym (available for stays of a week or longer). Very close to lots of local food, breweries, and coffee houses. A couple of miles from downtown, the Gathering Place, Brookside, Cherry St and the Brady District. Walkable to Tulsa University and less than 3 miles from multiple hospitals. Guest access This is a private apartment. You will have keyed access to your apartment. The laundry and gym are common areas. Laundry is available to guests staying 7 nights or longer. We do not offer early check in or late check out but luggage drop is available, if needed. Other things to note One vehicle may be parked on the property. Additional parking is available on the street. Absolutely NO TRAILERS of any kind allowed on the property. Vehicles with trailers must be parked on the street. We use video monitoring of the exterior public spaces: parking lot, mailboxes, and walkways.
