Front door code provided on arrival day after completing the agreement, ID upload, and security deposit (if applicable). - There is a $1,000.00 security deposit for guests that have no or few reviews on the platform - Dog-friendly with approval - Maximum of 2 allowed at $20/dog/day , please message for approval. If our team needs to handle pet waste, a $25 fee will apply. Thanks for your understanding! - Respect neighbors—keep noise down after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
