The outdoor fun starts with a pool and spa overlooking the lake and a private dock with slip is a short walk down a steep paved path not suitable for the physically challenged. The City of Jonestown limits occupancy to 10 even though the house can accommodate more. The Hollows requires additional documents to be signed by guests. So be prepared for a real workout on the way up and wear proper shoes for the walk down. It is not appropriate for anybody who is physically challenged. * While the house can accommodate more than 10 guests, the City of Jonestown limits occupancy, so if you have any questions about this, please ask our reservations team. * The Hollows Community, where this house is located, requires additional documents to be signed by overnight guests and ID requirements. Our reservation department will provide you with everything you need.  This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully. Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM. Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty! HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises. This home is pet friendly. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets.
