Spacious house, with comfort and complete infrastructure, with fast internet, cable TV and Netflix. Quiet and peaceful street, but a few steps from the main avenue of the Campeche neighborhood, Pequeno Príncipe, and it is excellent to go out on foot to go to cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, florist that has a playground for children and several other amenities, next to Novo Campeche. To the beach, it is a walk of around 20 minutes, passing through the center of the neighborhood, on a safe avenue. The space House located on a 450-square-meter plot, which has both internal and external comfort, providing unique moments for families and/or friends with a lot of comfort and fun, with total exclusivity of all spaces (large swimming pool, garden with tropical plants, hammocks, outdoor dining area with dune sand floor, barbecue on the balcony, among other spaces). The plants provide a lot of privacy when you're in the backyard. It accommodates families with children with excellence, as we have a kids' space with toys, protective screens, a gate on the stairs, a dollhouse, an outdoor swing and a tree that they can climb. It also perfectly accommodates couples and/or friends who want a property with exclusivity, discretion and areas that provide unforgettable leisure moments, with foosball, barbecue, swimming pool, hammocks, outdoor kitchen next to nature. We have a kennel, with a large, covered and protected house, as well as a space delimited with gates for them, there is no problem in receiving dogs, as long as they stay in this place, without access to the interior of the house, nor the other external areas, as they can cause damage to the plants, sand that is treated, house, etc... It is the house we live in, so everything is extremely clean, in excellent working order and with very high quality finishes. We have mosquito nets integrated into most of the openings, leaving the rooms super airy, without the stress of mosquitoes. The balcony has a foosball table and other games, which provide fun moments after a beautiful day at the beach. Guest access In the backyard, we have a large swimming pool (8m X 3m), umbrellas, space to sit comfortably next to the pool with impeccable landscaping. Next, there is a pergola with a covered dining area, with furniture, a gourmet sink, a large oven, and an induction stove, as well as unbreakable cutlery, plates and glasses to be used in this kiosque that is next to the pool and white sand floor, the same used in the sports sand courts. Attached is a hammock area with two comfortable hammocks, which support up to 150 kilos each, surrounded by plants. There is also a lawn, a large house for children to play in, a swing in the guava tree and one for children to climb. Other things to note Property on a dead-end street, very quiet, with welcoming neighbors, who came from several different places. Excellent infrastructure Beaches and places to socialize very close by, with polite, high-level people. Very safe neighborhood, but we chose to have high walls, outdoor cameras, and bars on almost every opening. We emphasize that the house will only be available to people previously informed, and we do not accept visitors. Out of respect for the neighbors, we do not allow parties with loud noise. Regarding towels, we ask that each guest bring their own, we provide one face towel per bathroom and leave 4 bath towels as a backup.
