Ffynnon Bach is a stylish basement studio apartment in the picturesque village of Bryncoch, 1.5 miles from the market town of Neath. It is an ideal base in South West Wales to discover the surrounding areas of Swansea, the beautiful beaches of The Gower Peninsula and Brecon Beacons National Park. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 The space The stylish comfortable space comprises of a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a fully fitted kitchenette with two ring induction hob, microwave, air fryer, Bosch Tassimo pod coffee maker, fridge, bistro dining table and chairs for two, a soft leather sofa and shower room. Guest access Guests are able to access Ffynnon Bach separately to the main house down a few steps and a sloping ramp. The studio is entirely private. Other things to note Guests have access to an outdoor patio area with comfortable chairs and a lawned area with wonderful mountain views. Please note that the patio area is overlooked by the main home, therefore not entirely private. There is a smart enabled TV and you will need your own log in details to enjoy all of your favourite apps.
