Perfect accommodation for those looking to be in a good location with easy access to any region of the city, without giving up comfort. Whether on vacation or for work. You will be a few steps from São Joaquim metro station (4 minutes), Praça da Liberdade, main restaurants, bars, hospitals, pharmacies, colleges, etc. It's very easy to call an Uber/taxi. Feel at home to enjoy all that the apartment offers, the building's common areas and the neighborhood :) The space Charming mini apartment decorated with a bedroom that can be easily transformed into a studio by manually opening the shade. The TV rotates manually in 360 degrees, allowing you to watch both the sofa and the bed and even the kitchen. It has a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney, Globoplay, Pluto TV, open channels, Samsung TV, YouTube, Apple Music, etc… You will have a kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, a sandwich maker and now with an electric rice cooker, electric coffee maker, nexpresso coffee maker and microwave (we do not provide an oven or airfryer). The minibar also has the ice compartment. I leave an ice pack inside it. The apartment has an air-conditioned cellar to store your wines properly. You will have plenty of space in the wardrobe with hangers to store your clothes and feel at home and some space in the kitchen cabinets. You will be able to dry your hair with a super potent dryer, use the iron and everything you have available. The queen bed is slightly larger than the traditional one and the Polishop mattress ensures all comfort. I have two ceiling fans that easily change white, yellow and neutral light using the switch itself or the remote. Note: the air conditioning does not work in the hot function, but we have warm blankets, duvet, bed cover and a portable heater, if necessary. The view of the balcony with double door is directly to the main avenue, Avenida da Liberdade, where you can observe the flow of people walking, the cars passing, bicycles and the entire movement of the city.
