Welcome to our vacation home "Das Flachshaus – Boutique Apartments" – your vacation home to feel good very close to Lake Riegsee! The Riegsee and Murnau am Staffelsee are minutes away – perfect for relaxing holidays full of nature and moments of happiness. The space Welcome to the "Das Flachshaus - Boutique Apartments" – your stylish holiday home only a few minutes away from the idyllic Riegsee, in the middle of the Bavarian foothills. Our house (149 sqm) offers plenty of space for 10–12 guests and convinces with elegant design, views of the countryside and a lot of coziness. The ground floor awaits you with a spacious open-plan suite (kitchen-living room with cozy bench, open plan living area, king size bed, ensuite bathroom), sunny south/southwest terrace and separate double bedroom (king size bed, private ensuite bathroom). Upstairs you will also find a fantastic, bright suite (cozy living area with XL panoramic window and mountain view, open sleeping area with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom), a kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, as well as a separate double room (queen size bed, ensuite bathroom) with access to its own sunny west balcony and additional bunk bed for up to 2 people. The gable room with two alcoves/single beds and its own guest toilet offers further space – ideal for children or friends. Both The living areas have a pull-out sofa bed for even more flexibility. The furnished, green, fenced and sunny terrace and balconies are accessible from the living room and bedrooms thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows – for sunny breakfasts and relaxed barbecues. The terrace on the ground floor has a gas grill (filled gas bottle is ready for our guests), an outdoor seating area, two sun loungers and a parasol. In the basement there is an inviting common area with cozy upholstered seating benches, a large table and comfortable upholstered chairs as well as a spacious internet flat-screen TV. Directly adjacent there is a room with wine fridges and a separate toilet for extra comfort. On request, the washing machine including integrated dryer can be used. Perfect for two families, friendly couples, groups of friends or even private workshops. Enjoy walks to the lake, excursions to Murnau, the Zugspitze or simply relaxing hours in the house. NOTE: Please note: A single-family house was built on the neighboring property this year. At the moment, interior construction work is still ongoing, which can occasionally lead to building noises on weekdays. According to the client, all work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. We have therefore reduced our prices. Interior work and outdoor facilities such as a second garage and the garden facilities are expected to be completed by the end of May 2026. At the moment, interior construction work is still ongoing, which can occasionally lead to building noises on weekdays. According to the builder, the exterior of the house will still be plastered in June (the exterior plastering will involve construction noise that is sometimes audible but mostly moderate), a prefabricated garage will be placed at some point, and the garden will also be landscaped at some point (unfortunately, we have no information on when this will happen). According to the client, all work is expected to be completed by fall 2026. We have therefore reduced our prices.
