The space Welcome to "Das Flachshaus – Boutique Apartments" – your stylish vacation home just a few minutes from the idyllic Riegsee, in the middle of the Bavarian Prealps. Our house (149 sqm) offers plenty of space for 10-12 guests and convinces with elegant design, a view of the greenery and a lot of coziness. The ground floor awaits you with a spacious open suite (kitchen with cozy bench, open living area, king size bed, ensuite bathroom), a sunny south/southwest terrace and a separate double room (king size bed, private ensuite bathroom). Upstairs you will also find a gorgeous, bright suite (cozy living area with XL panoramic windows and mountain views, open sleeping area with king size bed, ensuite bathroom), a kitchen with upholstered seating area, and a separate double room (queen size bed, ensuite bathroom) with access to your own sunny west-facing balconies and additional bunk bed for up to 2 people. The gable room with two alcoves/single beds and a private guest toilet offers additional space – ideal for children or friends. Both The living areas each have a sofa bed that can be pulled out for even more flexibility. The furnished, green, fenced and sunny terrace and balconies are accessible from the living room and bedrooms thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows – for sunny breakfasts and relaxed barbecue evenings. The terrace on the ground floor has a gas grill (filled gas bottle is available for our guests), an outdoor seating area, two sun loungers and a parasol. Perfect for two families, couples, groups of friends or even private workshops. Enjoy walks to the lake, excursions to Murnau, to the Zugspitze or simply relaxing hours in the house. Other things to note Our holiday home is located on the quiet outskirts of Aidling – Riegsee and is the ideal starting point for unforgettable holidays in the Blue Land. Numerous cycling and hiking trails through the beautiful natural landscape start right on the doorstep. In a few minutes you can reach the picturesque Riegsee with its idyllic Aidlinger bathing spot by bike or on foot: sunbathing lawn, wooden jetty and bathing island invite you to linger. Please note that: A single-family house is currently being built on the neighboring property. The roof is already covered, and in the next few weeks the windows will be installed, the interiors designed and the exterior facade plastered. The construction site is expected to be completed by the end of November and no more noise pollution is expected. We ask for your understanding if there are occasional disruptions during the day until then. The surrounding lakes – Staffelsee, Kochelsee, Froschhauser See, Walchensee, Lake Starnberg, Ammersee or the Osterseen – invite you to swim, picnic and enjoy. Our heart still beats especially for Lake Riegsee, perhaps the most beautiful lake in the region. Sports fans and explorers will get their money's worth here: mountain biking, hiking, walking, walking or excursions to highlights such as Zugspitze, Garmisch, Neuschwanstein Castle and the lively Murnau am Staffelsee with its picturesque pedestrian zone and the famous Gabriele Münter House. Munich (easily accessible by train) and Garmisch offer numerous opportunities for shopping and culture.
