Description
On the historic estate of the Schwarzenhasel moated castle, the Wildhüterhaus has created a stylish and very cozy vacation home. On the outskirts of Schwarzenhasel, surrounded by beautiful fields, meadows and forest, we welcome our guests in the unique surroundings of the centuries-old moated castle. Whether hiking, biking, paddling or swimming in the nearby solar outdoor pool, there is room here for the perfect vacation with family or friends - or for small family gatherings. The space The Wildhüterhaus consists of two separate apartments, which can be optimally used as one large unit due to the common entrance. If the period you want is shown as occupied, it may still be worth asking if you want to travel with a few people. I look forward to receiving your inquiry! The garden is completely fenced. Very small dogs may fit under the fence. On the other property (outside the guest garden) there is an unfenced historic castle moat. Non-swimming toddlers must be supervised. Unfortunately, fishing is not allowed here. Guest access On the first floor, there is an open living/dining area with an open kitchen, cozy reading corner and fireplace, leading off from a spacious hallway with a wardrobe. There is also an idyllic double bedroom overlooking the garden and the castle moat. A large bathroom with rainforest shower completes the first floor apartment. In the second apartment on the first floor or attic floor, next to an also open area with living room, dining area, kitchen and open hall with fireplace, there is a bedroom with double bed (view of the fields and the garden), as well as a full bathroom with shower or bathtub on each floor. In the attic there are two cozy bedrooms (single beds that can also be pushed together) and another bunk bed under the sloping roof in the hallway. From the skylight you can watch the stars and turn the bunk into a cozy sleeping place with a curtain. Other things to note Our gamekeeper's house is a self-catering house. Sheets, towels and dishtowels will be provided. All coffee machines (a capsule machine, a fully automatic machine and a filter machine) are equipped with a starter supply, replenishment is to be brought by yourself. Firewood is available. Please bring your own charcoal. Unfortunately, fishing in the moat is not permitted. Basically, the village of Schwarzenhasel is connected to the NVV bus network. Especially on weekends and during the holidays, however, the buses only run at long intervals. The call taxi partially replaces the bus.
