Description
At the historic estate of the Schwarzenhasel water castle, a stylish and cozy holiday home has been created with the wildlife keeper's house. On the outskirts of Schwarzenhasel, surrounded by magnificent fields, meadows and forest, we welcome our guests in the unique surroundings of the centuries-old water castle. Whether hiking, biking, paddling or swimming in the nearby solar outdoor pool, there is room for the perfect vacation with family or friends - or for small family reunions. The space The wildlife keeper's house consists of two separate apartments that can be used optimally as a large unit due to the shared entrance. If the period you want is shown as occupied, it may still be worth asking if you want to travel with a few people. I look forward to your inquiry! The garden is fully fenced. Very small dogs may fit under the fence. On the other property (outside the guest garden) there is an unfenced historic moat. Non-floating infants must be supervised. Unfortunately, it cannot be fished here. Guest access On the ground floor, starting from a spacious hallway with wardrobe, the open living/dining area with open kitchen, cozy reading corner and fireplace is located. Furthermore, there is an idyllic bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden and the moat. A large bathroom with rainforest shower completes the ground floor apartment. In the second apartment on the first floor or attic, in addition to an open area with living room, dining area, kitchen and open hall with fireplace, there is a bedroom with double bed (view of the fields and the garden), as well as a full bathroom with shower or bathtub on each floor. In the attic there are two cozy bedrooms (single beds, which can also be pushed together) and another sleeping berth under the sloping roof in the hallway. From the skylight you can watch the stars here and make the bunk a cozy place to sleep through a curtain. Other things to note Our wildlife keeper house is a self-catering house. Linens, towels and dish towels will be provided. All coffee machines (a capsule machine, a fully automatic machine and a filter machine) are equipped with a starting supply, replenishment must be brought with you. Firewood is available and can be used for a flat rate of €30 (May to September), or €50 (October to April) per stay. Please bring your own charcoal. From June 2025, a third bathroom will be available, so that each floor will have its own bathroom. Unfortunately, fishing in the moat is not permitted.
