Attention! Due to the low temperatures, instead of a jacuzzi, a SAUNA is available for our guests!! The use of the sauna for naked guests is included in the price of the stay! Our guests have 4 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a terrace with a JACUZZI and SAUNA. All this on the living area of 120 m2. Room and bed layout: • Bedroom 1 : Double Bed (W 160cm) • Bedroom 2: double bed (160 cm wide) and fold-out baby cot • Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm wide) and fold-out baby cot • Bedroom 4: double bed (140 cm wide) and single bed (90x200 cm) Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and 3 bedrooms, including a room perfect for children with lots of toys. On the ground floor: bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom and living room with kitchenette. In the living room, there is a fold-out corner sofa that provides 2 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and accessories: dishwasher, oven, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, bowls, pots, pans, glasses, drip coffee maker, toaster, toaster, toaster. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. In our offer: heating by air conditioning, underfloor heating in bathrooms, full house equipment, 55-inch LCD TV, Playstation 3, Netflix, WiFi available throughout the property, free parking, garden, tennis equipment, badminton, scooter, skateboard, bicycles for children and protective helmets, pool toys and a swimming vest for children, terrace, barbecue equipment - gas grill, outdoor pool in the spring and summer season, sun loungers, playground, toys in the garden, trampoline, swing and a wooden house for children. We have 2 travel cots for children and 2 high chairs for babies. Outdoor POOL available during vacation season. In the summer season, you can fly a motor glider (for an additional fee). Absolutely no smoking or candles. No smoking inside the house or in the Jacuzzi!! Penalty for smoking and other tobacco products in the house 300€. Garbage separation applies. The property is monitored. In Krajnik Dolny there is the restaurant Astoria 600m. Moryń with the beautiful Lake Gardno and bathing area 35 km away. Siekierki bridge- Europabrücke Neurüdnitz 47 km. Walk Museum on the Oder River in Siekierki with its famous tank and cemetery 46 km. Walk Museum on the Oder in Gozdowice 46 km. The house is located in the buffer zone of the Cedyński Landscape Park on a slope overlooking the entire area, i.e. the aforementioned Park and the Odra floodplain and the Polish-German border with the famous red-blue bridge. The Valley of Love in Zatonie Dolne is in the immediate vicinity Ruins of a half-timbered church from the 18th century and a manor house from the 17th century in Krajnik Górny 2 km Cycling trail to Germany and Zatonie Górne 500 m Ognica, a perfect place for anglers, is 5 km away.
