This special house, renovated in 2023, is perfect for families, friends or work colleagues to have a good time. Potsdam and Berlin can be reached in about 15-30 minutes. Perfect for city trips, but also excursions to the surrounding area. In the sauna or in the garden you can also just linger and relax. The space We have lovingly renovated and furnished this house and the remise in 2023, so that it offers families, friends or work colleagues a cozy and modern temporary home. The property "Potsdamer 2" is a perfect start for trips to Potsdam and Berlin or to the wonderful surrounding area. Here you will find two independent houses on the premises. The front house is suitable for up to 8-9 people. The annex is smaller and can accommodate 2 adults (possibly +1 older child). THE FRONT HOUSE: The kitchen: There is a fully equipped kitchen in the front house where you can cook, laugh and enjoy together. The fully automatic coffee machine allows all espresso coffee lovers a perfect start to the day. The kitchen in the annex: There is also a fully equipped kitchen here. Everything is a little smaller and perfectly equipped for 2 adults. The dining room: Plenty of room for dining together is provided by the large round table with seating for 8 people in the adjoining dining room. The living room: The adjoining and cozy living room invites you to relax, read or watch movies. We have dispensed with a classic TV. With a projector and TV stick, you consciously choose a movie on Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Co. (with your own access) Bathroom with shower on the first floor: On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is also a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which can be used free of charge. The hallway; The rustic wooden staircase leads upstairs, where there are three bedrooms with four sleeping areas. The large bedroom with sleeping accommodation in the attic and adjoining dressing room: In the large bedroom you can dream in the cozy large (2.00 m x 2.00 m) double bed. This bedroom offers another cozy sleeping area for 3-4 children/persons under the roof via a staircase. This area is a cozy sleeping area, as we love it. It is ideal for families with slightly older children who can already go up and down the ladder well on their own. Or good friends who like this open concept. Adjacent to the large bedroom is a dressing area with dressers. Study, "bedroom" and children's bedroom: The hallway leads to another area where there is a small office and 2 more sleeping areas. On the right side is the "small chamber" with a 1.80 m double bed. Here you can look directly from the bed into the starry sky. To the left of the office is a room with two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m). This room can only be "closed" with a curtain. Upper bathroom with bathtub: Relax and enjoy a warm bath in the freestanding bathtub, overlooking the sky, in the adjacent bathroom. The garden with sauna: An exit in the kitchen (or via the courtyard door) leads to the garden. Here you will find the sauna and outdoor shower. The sauna is switched on and off by us via an app. A sauna session of 2 hours is included per day. For more time, we charge 5 euros per hour (for the energy costs) extra at the end of the stay. You can then relax in the lounge corner or on the sun loungers. A large table and benches in the middle of the courtyard invite you to eat together and sit together. The Remise is a small former stable with about 40 square meters. Here you will find a cozy living room with electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and via a staircase a large sleeping area with reading area and TV. Everything is modern, bright and decorated with a lot of love.
