I love welcoming people from all over the world and am happy to offer you a cozy home in the heart of Berlin. The space My apartment was completely renovated three years ago and is modern, bright, and furnished with great attention to detail. Your private, lockable room offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: • a cozy box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) • your own workspace • a spacious wardrobe • a comfortable sitting area • and a smart TV The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect if you feel like cooking something delicious during your stay. You’ll also have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. I live here with my flatmate, but I’m often away on business. I also rent out two guest rooms to people who want to experience Berlin. Good to know: The apartment is a shared space, meaning the kitchen and bathroom are used by everyone. However, there’s plenty of storage for your personal belongings and an extra guest bathroom that adds comfort and flexibility. No worries: the apartment is spacious enough to give everyone their own quiet corner. And if you’re in the mood for company, you’re welcome to join us. The apartment is quietly located in the rear building of a classic Berlin courtyard (3rd floor, no elevator). The neighborhood is calm and respectful, ideal if you appreciate peace and quiet. At the same time, you’re well connected: countless restaurants, cafés, bars, and clubs are nearby. Perfect for exploring the vibrant Berlin lifestyle.
