The neighborhood is in a residential area; no parties or gatherings are allowed. 2. We also ask that you respect the place and the surrounding area: no excessive noise after 10pm. 3. Only the people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to access the accommodation. Gatherings, visits by outside parties, or any occupancy exceeding the number of guests booked are not permitted. 4. Any illegal activity (trafficking or consumption of narcotics, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund, as well as, where applicable, the involvement of the competent authorities. 5. Before you leave, please leave the accommodation in good condition: the kitchen tidy, the dishes cleaned and the garbage placed in the yard or left inside the house. To ensure compliance with these conditions and to cover any damage, a deposit will be requested in the form of a bank hold. In case of damage, non-compliance with the internal rules, or police intervention following a disturbance or inappropriate behavior, all or part of the deposit may be withheld.
