The space In this fully equipped house, which is for you alone, you are invited to take a rest and enjoy the surroundings. The house features 2 furnished bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, a terrace and a garden with barbeque. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven with steam function, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. In a storage room there is a washing machine, a drying rack for clothing, an iron and an ironing board. Wi-Fi available. Nearest shop, pharmacy and bakery within 20 minutes’ walk in Bertem or Meerbeek. Possibility to of ordering food for delivery. We target professionals and independent tourists who want relaxation and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and who want to enjoy renting our house for at least one week. Guest access The entire house, all its furnishings, the garden with a picnic area and barbecue facilities, private parking (with an electric car charger - for an extra fee) are all just for you. Other things to note Check-in: from 15.00 to 22.00. Please let us know in advance what time will you arrive, so we can roll out the red carpet for you. Check-out: until 12:00. This will allow us to clean the house before new guests arrive. Smoking is permitted on the terrace or in the garden, but if you smoke inside the house, the fire detectors will let the entire village know. Children of any age are most welcome and we can place one additional camping baby cot at no extra charge. Pets are allowed, but please make sure they are duck friendly. 90% of the price is rental property, 10% movable property.
