Welcome to our cozy studio with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). Enjoy the quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen and the private bathroom with shower and toilet. Coffee and tea are at your disposal free of charge. Breakfast is offered on request for an extra charge. Lucerne can be reached in 20 minutes by car or by public transport. The bus stop and a small supermarket are in the village about 15 minutes away by foot. A driving service is offered subject to availability. The space The studio is located in a well-kept residential area above the village on a slope. On foot, you can reach the village with a bus stop, small supermarket and a pizzeria in about 15 minutes. For the car, there is a covered parking space, with charging station for electric car, in the carport. From our property you can enjoy a magnificent mountain panorama. It also offers you access to beautiful hikes, excursions, and bike tours right outside the front door. The golf course of Küssnacht am Rigi and Meggen are about 15 minutes away by car. Lucerne with its numerous impressive sights and restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Please note that no pets are allowed in the studio. Guest access The studio with direct access and garden forecourt is available for you to use. Other things to note Willy speaks German and English. Renate speaks German.
