Welcome to our cozy studio with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm). Enjoy the quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen and the private bathroom with shower and toilet. Coffee and tea are available free of charge, and you can easily reach Lucerne in 20 minutes by car or public transport. The bus stop and a small supermarket are in the village, about 15 minutes away on foot. A car service is offered upon availability. The space The studio is located in a well-kept residential area above the village on a slope. On foot, you can reach the village with a bus stop, small supermarket and a pizzeria in about 15 minutes. For the car, there is a covered parking space, with charging station for electric car, in the carport. From our property you can enjoy a magnificent mountain panorama. It also offers you access to beautiful hikes, excursions, and bike tours right outside the front door. The golf course of Küssnacht am Rigi and Meggen are about 15 minutes away by car. Lucerne with its numerous impressive sights and restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Please note that no pets are allowed in the studio.
