There is a spacious wardrobe, built-in storage space under the bed, large windows, a desk, and a comfortable chair. 🚿Private Ensuite Bathroom The room features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering excellent water pressure to help you make the most of your stay. We have created a guidebook just for you with our favourite restaurants and bars in Manchester. 👉 Exclusive Use The entire ensuite bedroom is yours to enjoy, you won't be shared with any other guests. We will provide you with our guidebook telling you everything you need to know about the area. We also have a 24-hour guest experience team so you can contact us at any time so we can ensure your stay is perfect. 👉 Guaranteed Availability We guarantee that the ensuite bedroom will be available on your selected dates and we really look forward to hosting you! Other things to note ✅ Please be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air-conditioning or fans. ✅ Please note that ensuite single rooms do not include kitchen access. ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be a charge of £25. For check-ins after midnight, there will be a charge of £50. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for non-students during summer period. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
