Shared laundry room will be on the ground floor and top floor will be a shared rooftop balcony. This unit is on the third floor accessible by stairs. The building is open 24 hours a day and self check-in is available. - We do not have elevator but rest-assured, if you need assistance with luggages during check-in and check-out, please inform us. Our staff will be on duty 24/7 to help you. - If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you can store your luggage with us. - Please note that we are not able to accept bookings for photo shooting, filming purposes or use of prohibited items. - Strict no-smoking policy in the studio apartment and shared spaces inside the building. - ID/Passports will be required for registration as per local regulations. - If this studio apartment is not available for your requested date, please kindly message us and we will help you book other studio apartments in the same building.
