Once you get done exploring the area come back and relax in front of the fireplace, cook a family dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, take a nap in one of the 5 elegantly designed bedrooms, or sit back and enjoy your favorite binge worthy Netflix show. The space Bedrooms and Beds: Bedroom 1 (Main Level) - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 (Main Level) - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (Main Level) - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) - Full Bunk Bed Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) - Full Bunk Bed Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) - Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) - Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 5 (Lower Level) - Queen Bed Living Area: The main living room on the first floor is spacious and open, perfect for hosting and gathering. Sunlight pours in from the huge windows and is equipped with a smart Roku TV for endless entertainment. Whether you’re gaming, watching a movie, sharing a meal, or simply unwinding, this is the perfect place to get cozy and relax. Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen and dining area are the heart of the house! Where meals turn into memories and snacks somehow taste better than they do at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the essentials, plus a Keurig bar ready to fuel your mornings (or your late-night card games). You’ll find coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and even loose grounds if you’re a “full pot required” kind of group. The dining table seats six comfortably for family style dinners or board game battles. Whether you're cooking, grazing, or just taking in delicious smells, this space is made for making memories. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms throughout the home, each stocked and ready to keep your stay effortless and comfortable. You’ll find extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with plenty of fresh towels. Perfect for post adventure showers or nighttime routines. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or unwinding before bed, these bathrooms are designed to feel easy, fresh, and just a little bit luxurious. Laundry: The laundry room is ready for anything you bring back from your day's adventure. It’s stocked with detergent and dryer sheets to make things easy. You’ll also find a trash can for convenience, plus an iron and ironing board; perfect for freshening up outfits before heading out again. Whether you’re washing muddy socks or giving your favorite shirt a quick touch-up, this room has you covered. Parking: Parking is located at the back of the house with enough space for 6 cars if you fit them just right. You’re also welcome to park on the road in front of the house aswell. Once you’re settled, you’re all set to relax and enjoy your stay! Hot tub: Please enjoy the hot tub responsibly and handle the equipment with care. To open the cover, unbuckle the clips at the front, then have two people lift the cover gently from either side. Repeat this one more time until the cover is fully open. When you’re finished, shut off jets and use the same method to close the cover and secure the wind straps. Following these steps helps keep the hot tub in great condition for everyone to enjoy! Furniture: Please do not move any furniture. We’ve arranged each item thoughtfully, and we kindly ask that you respect our space by leaving everything where it is. Guest access Has digital DoorCodes for front and back Other things to note Extra Charges: Late Fees: Up to 2 Hours: Free with prior approval (always needs to be approved) Over 2 Hours / Unauthorized: $100+. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like a late check-out so we can accommodate you and keep everything running smoothly for all our guests. Pet Fees: We love furry friends! Pet fees are a flat rate of $25/per stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can make the proper cleaning arrangements and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Extra Guests Fees: For each person after 6 guests is $20 per person.
