With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private hot tub, and 2 porches to enjoy the natural beauty and abundant wildlife , it's the perfect choice for families or couples seeking a tranquil retreat. And finally, with Wimberley being a dark sky community, who could resist experiencing a night of breathtaking views under the stars? The Cottage has two porches where you enjoy a night under the stars! Guest access - This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay. The pickle ball court is shared between the Cottage and Main House. The Cottage does not have access to the Main House pool, dinking court, or grill unless the whole property is rented. Please bring your own. Golf carts or ATVs are not allowed. - The cottage is on well water. - Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Main renter must be over 25 years old. - For liability and security purposes, there are external on the main house facing the party barn and on the outdoor gazebo facing the pool. The cottage has cameras facing the front walk way. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered. - When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings. - CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. - Spa Usage and Maintenance Fee: Our property features an above-ground spa for your relaxation and enjoyment. To ensure it remains clean and safe for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: *Proper Use: Please follow all provided instructions for spa use. Avoid using any oils, lotions, or other substances that may contaminate the water. *Hygiene: Shower before using the spa to help maintain water quality. *Drainage Fee: If the spa requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of [150] will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the spa in excellent condition for everyone. - OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable): * Early Check-In - $35/hour * Late Check-Out - $35/hour - Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment. - Concierge services available!
