Beautiful house surrounded by nature and spectacular mountain views. A paradise just 30 minutes from Madrid and 10 minutes from Hoyo de Manzanares and Torrelodones. The house is located in a privileged environment, in the heart of the Manzanares Regional Park, an ideal location for couples/families looking to get away from the city, connect with nature and enjoy the tranquility. Parties are not allowed in the house out of respect for the neighbors, and to ensure the peace of the environment. The space The space Accessed through a charming courtyard. From the hallway you can access a large space in which the living room is connected to the open kitchen. The living room has a fireplace. From this space there are impressive views of both the garden and the countryside, through a 4-meter window. At the end of the space is the fourth bedroom/office, with a 90 cm bed and a large table where you can work overlooking the garden. The kitchen has everything you need: breakfast island, vitro kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and various appliances. From the hall there is also a corridor through which the rooms and bathrooms are accessed. Room 1 has a double bed (150cm) with an en-suite bathroom. Room 2 has 2 90 cm beds and room 3 has two bunk beds. Additionally, there is Bathroom 2 with a bathtub. The property has a total of 4 bedrooms to accommodate 9 guests. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and escape stress. The porch is equipped with a table that seats up to 10 people and an outdoor sofa. There is also an awning to protect the area from the sun. The porch/garden stands out for having a privileged view of the countryside, which is why the experience and enjoyment of both sunrise and sunset is unique. For sports lovers, just 5 minutes away is the Green Paddock sports center, where you can practice horse riding, golf or paddle tennis. As for swimming pools, in the vicinity of the house are the municipal pools of both Hoyo de Manzanares and Torrelodones, where you can cool off on hot days. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED. PARTIES of any kind are NOT ALLOWED anywhere in the house (inside and outside) as we try to respect the rest and harmony of the neighbors living in the area. To facilitate guests' autonomous arrival, the home has a smart lock system. The access code will be sent to guests 24 hours before check-in. Vehicles can park along the entire length of Calle Colunga. The stay includes bedding and a set of towels for a total of up to 9 guests. The house has a Wi-Fi system. It also has two Smart TVs with access to various streaming platforms. The house is suitable for children, as it has toys and board games for their enjoyment. The security of both the house and the guests is covered by a video surveillance system of outdoor cameras that covers its entire outer perimeter and the entrance area to the house. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house (living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen). Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the outdoor areas of the house, taking great care not to cause any incident, since we are in a protected area.
