Watergate Lane Hideout

Offering a peaceful getaway in Tregurrian, Watergate Bay. A rare opportunity to stay in an offsite vintage static, on rural farmland. Wake up to Skylark song and admire beautiful sea views and amazing sunsets. Only a stone's throw away from Watergate beach, 4miles from Newquay, 2miles from NQ airport and bus routes close by. *please note* sheep graze on the land, and there are mixed building/ farm materials as you drive up towards the static so keep dogs on leads at all times please. Thank you. The space The static is beautifully light and airy with a coastal inspired decor theme throughout. Rustic steps lead up to both doors. The main entrance leads into the living space where you'll find seating and an extendable dining table that sits 3 / 4 The t.v has the basic channels and also has a built in dvd player, there are dvds available next to the t.v. * Please note that some channels may not work due to not receiving signal. BBC 1 & 2 have no signal, however there are plenty that work fine * By the t.v you'll find a little black trunk with board games in to entertain children and adults alike. The kitchen area has an American style fridge, cooker, microwave,toaster, kettle and pots / pans, plates, cutlery etc in the cupboards / drawers. The hallway leads onto the bathroom which has a shower ( basic but works just fine ) toilet and basin. The double bedroom has plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. The single bedroom consists of one single bed and a wardrobe. * please note if you wish to book for a family of 4, that is absolutely fine but there is only 1 single bed in the smaller bedroom so there is a fold away bed which can be folded down and placed in the lounge area for sleeping, you'll find all the bedding/ bed etc stored in the little room * The boiler room is by the fire escape back door and has simple instructions on the switch for heating should you require the central heating on. Low / high.. On / off written on the switch. Radiators throughout the static. * Please don't use the fire as it is currently out of order and not required as there is central heating * Please be aware the static is vintage and has many hand made items inside including the curtains, they need a gentle tug to open / Close. Guest access There is private parking onsite in front of the static and a turning circle. Guests are very welcome to walk their dog up and down the lane but please keep them on a lead at all times, be aware of vehicles using the lane. Please do not wander onto the land, thank you. There is currently light building work of a Sheperds hut taking place on the land that you'll drive past to reach the static. Other things to note Please be aware that there are some building ( Shepherds hut being built ) and farm materials present as you drive up to the static. Sheep are kept on the land also so we ask dogs on leads at all times and please keep to the paths / driveway. Don't stray onto the fields. You are very welcome to walk your dog down the lane on a lead, but please watch out for cars / tractors.
