Guests are not allowed to have parties/get togethers nor bring additional guests that are not noted at time of booking. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house. If you booked as one guest and if you bring additional guests with you, you will be charged a fifty dollar per guest per day fee. This applies to unregistered guests that enters the property without a reservation no matter if they sleep there or not.Fee for turning off or obstructing security camera is five hundred dollars.
