Through it, you must: Fill in the identification details for all guests (required by law). Pay the mandatory Mafra tourist tax (this tax is charged per person, per night, for all guests aged 12 and older, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay). GENERAL RULES: Pets: Not allowed, with some exceptions at an additional cost (please request this to the property manager). Smoking: Forbidden inside the accommodation. Parties or events: Not allowed. Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM, as per current law. Lost Keys: If you lock yourself out during your stay, our assistance will cost €25. If the keys are left in the lock on the inside, the assistance fee will be €70. CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING Upon departure, the accommodation must have the lights off and be free of trash and dirty dishes. (If you leave trash or dirty dishes, a €30 fee will be charged). All materials and furniture (indoor and outdoor) are for use during your stay; any damages will be charged. For stays longer than 11 days, an intermediate cleaning is included. For stays shorter than 10 days, extra cleaning can be scheduled based on availability for an additional cost. AVAILABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES: Bed and bath linens are provided (beach or pool towels are not included).
