The main social area features high ceilings, up to 5-meter-wide windows, a cosy fireplace lounge with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining and sitting areas overlooking the pool and garden. The kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and entertaining: induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, espresso machine, blender, kettle, and more. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Downstairs The ground floor includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with floor heating throughout: • A spacious en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in shower, open closet area, and direct pool access. • A second bedroom with bunk beds, additional pull-out bed, workspace, dressing area, and direct garden access. • An additional full bathroom with walk-in shower near the social area. Upstairs A modern staircase leads to two additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large balcony: • A bright bedroom with loft-style double bed, two single beds, workspace, dressing area, and balcony access. (The loft bed is especially suitable for children.) • A private en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing area, and walk-in shower. • An additional full bathroom in the hallway.
