Apartment inside a Private Condominium with a single entry/exit. It has a beautiful ocean view due to how close it is from the shore as shown in the pictures. The Condominium has excellent common spaces such as a pool with sun loungers, wood stove and green areas. There is also parking spaces in front of the apartment and easy access to unload all luggage. The beach is only 50 meters away from the Condominium. Whale Watching Season until October 31. The space The apartment provides with Air conditioning located in the living room that keep the room fresh at all times. Also 2 full bathrooms with functioning cold/hot water. The main bedroom includes a Queen size bed with a 43” TV. And the second bedroom includes 2 single beds and a 32” TV both with Direct TV cable, clean bed sheets, towels, blender, pots, silverware, glasses, etc. Including a refrigerator, toaster, stove as well as a dinning table for 6 people, a couch and a center table, and terrace chairs. WiFi available. Guest access The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM . Usage of the grill or wood stove has to be made with reservation and is charged through administration.
