Head east, and you'll be met with a paved bike trail winding along Lake Superior's sandy lakeshore. A few minute's drive will get you to any of the outdoor recreation wonders of the Upper Peninsula. Or, simply enjoy the view of Mt. MQT from the comfort of the back deck! Relax and enjoy this home designed for easy living! The space Front Yard - Park your bikes in the bike rack inside the covered porch and enjoy the warmer months on the patio hammock chairs with a book out of the Little Free Library. Main Level - Spacious and cozy living area with a smart TV, comfy sofas, books, games, and a record player provide plenty of entertainment! The dining room features seating for 6 plus a highchair, and the full kitchen has all the standard amenities. The main-level bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Second Level - The second and third bedrooms both feature a queen bed. A pack'n'play crib is stored in the closet. The full bathroom is outfitted with a claw-foot tub and shower. Basement - The half-finished basement features another full bathroom, an electric sauna, and laundry amenities. There is also a convenient walk-out door to the backyard! Backyard - From the kitchen, step out of the back door onto a large back deck and admire the giant oak tree the deck was built around! Some sources say that it might be the oldest oak in Marquette County! Retractable baby gates let you enjoy dinner at the outdoor table without fear of toddlers or pups wandering off. Spend some time in the sun and soak in the unique landscape gardens! Guest access Full house and yard. Other things to note Parking Notes - The asphalt driveway comfortably fits two cars. There is also free street parking, though the city prohibits overnight street parking from November to April due to snow removal restrictions. Pet Notes - Please pick up after your pets; doggy poop bags are available in the entryway. Please use only the designated dog towel for drying off fur and wiping paws. Please keep dogs off of beds and furniture. Kid-Friendly Features - We know what it's like to travel with young ones! We strive to make traveling with your littles as stress-free as possible. Keep them safe with outlet covers, cabinet locks where cleaning supplies are kept, and baby gates or doors on all stairways. Make mealtimes a breeze with the high chair, bibs, children's dinnerware, and cutlery. Use the baby bath and bubbles to keep them clean, and keep them happy with a carefully curated collection of toys and books!
