Plus enough space for porta cots and your fury friends. Open plan kitchen, living, dining with walk-through to outdoor alfresco area, BBQ and fire pit. We have a sandpit outside with some toys for young kids too. Fully enclosed yard with grassed area for dogs. All bedrooms, outdoor alfresco and main living room have ceiling fans with split system heating/cooling throughout the house.
