The pool is the center of activities in the summer; it is not always heated but we are happy to turn the heat on for you. -——————————————————–———— Pool heating : $100/daily fee (not including spa) to 85 degrees. Spa only: $35/daily fee to 99 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-20 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 30 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let us know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. Please set the AC/Heater no lower than 73 during summer and no higher than 80 in the winter. Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and owner’s authorization. Do not enter your rental home early without permission. Parking: Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and in front of the house. Guests are not allowed to park in front of neighbors’ houses or obstruct their pathway. House Access: Smart lock access code will be provided 24-48 hours prior to entry. For an alternative access, key is available upon request. Check-Out: Check-out time is at 10 a.m. (local time) of the departure date. Late check-outs are not permitted while guest will be charged at a rate of $50 for each hour past 10 a.m., unless the late check-out is accommodated. • Leave all linens on the bed • Leave dirty towels in the washer machine • Load the dishwasher • Take out the trash • Turn off all the lights • Turn off the grill & propane • Turn off the AC • Lock all the doors SMOKING POLICY: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house including the garage.
